Is AI Income Pathway wellness coaching or financial advice?

No. We are a milestone-based skills training company, not a wellness coaching practice, therapy service, or licensed financial advisory firm. Our curriculum covers workflow orientation, checkpoint quality, client communication, waypoint pricing structures, and capstone pathway documentation — the operational mechanics of professional delivery. We do not guarantee earnings, prescribe investment strategies, or sell motivational packages detached from practised work. If you seek life coaching, mental wellness programmes, or personalised financial planning, our pathway milestones will feel too procedural for your goals. We encourage you to consult appropriately licensed professionals for those needs.

Do I need prior AI experience to start Milestone I?

Basic familiarity with a web browser and word processor is sufficient. Milestone I assumes you may have experimented with a chat-based AI tool casually but have not formalised a workflow with documented checkpoints. We do not expect coding skills or data science backgrounds. If you already run structured client projects with review gates and scope memos, speak with us about entering at Milestone III or IV after a brief orientation call.

Where are milestone sessions held?

Standard cohort sessions run from our classroom at 1 Tampines Walk, #B1-05 Our Tampines Hub, Singapore 528523 — in the Tampines district, minutes from Tampines MRT and the bus interchange. Corporate engagements may include on-site orientation segments by arrangement, but hands-on laptop modules default to our Hub classroom for consistent setup, facilitator support, and PDPA-conscious exercise materials.

What should I bring to a milestone session?

A laptop you can work on for three or more consecutive hours, power adapter, and any client-confidential materials only if you have permission to use them in a shared classroom. We provide printed checkpoint sheets and reference checklists. Wi-Fi is available on site. External monitors are limited; request ahead if you rely on dual-screen setup for Copilot or long-context review exercises.

How are fees structured?

Fees are quoted per milestone or as a bundled pathway package before enrolment. Pricing reflects classroom facilitation, materials, and checkpoint review — not guaranteed outcomes. Corporate pathway training is scoped separately with a statement of work. We do not publish income projections or tie fees to revenue promises. Current schedules and fee bands are shared during enquiry conversations; they may change with effective dates noted in correspondence.

Can I skip milestones?

Skipping is possible when your documented experience matches later waypoint entry criteria. Facilitators assess sample deliverables — scope memos, checkpoint logs, or client communication — rather than credentials alone. If gaps appear, we recommend completing the earlier milestone or booking mentoring rather than advancing without the assumed foundation. The capstone blueprint in Milestone VI assumes familiarity with all prior checkpoint types.

Do you guarantee job placement or client leads?

No. Completion demonstrates milestone discipline and produces a reviewed pathway blueprint, not employment placement or sales leads. We do not operate a marketplace or referral network. Your commercial results depend on your market, effort, and existing relationships. Our role is training and structured feedback, not brokerage of client opportunities.

How does PDPA apply in classroom exercises?

Exercises use anonymised briefs unless you bring permitted client materials. Do not submit national identification numbers, full account details, or sensitive health data through our contact form or classroom Wi-Fi. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle enrolment data. Corporate clients with stricter data rules should discuss separate processing terms before on-site segments.
