How the milestone sequence connects

Milestones I through III establish orientation, tool navigation, and quality discipline — the foundation every later waypoint assumes. Milestones IV and V address velocity and commercial framing without sacrificing the checkpoints you built earlier. Milestone VI converts the full journey into a capstone blueprint you can show prospects, employers, or internal stakeholders.

Typical pacing is one milestone every two to three weeks for part-time learners along the Tampines corridor. Intensive cohorts may compress the route into eight weeks with additional studio hours at Our Tampines Hub.

This opening milestone establishes how to read a client brief as a route rather than a single task list. By the end you can describe — in plain language — where AI marks the trail and where human judgment must lead, without overselling automation or hiding its role from stakeholders.

Milestone 2

AI Tools for Client-Ready Work

Tool fluency without direction creates expensive wandering. Milestone 2 trains navigation across ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude: when to switch trails, how to carry context between sessions, and how to structure outputs for downstream review. You practise iterative refinement loops, version notes, and handoff memos that survive a change of operator. Role-play pairs simulate briefs that shift mid-route so you rehearse reorientation before a live invoice depends on it.

Milestone 3

Packaging Services on the Pathway

Scattered competence rarely converts to revenue without clear packaging. Here you define service boundaries, name deliverables precisely, and articulate revision limits that protect your time. We examine tier structures and practise writing scope summaries a prospect can sign without ambiguity. You also learn to document AI involvement within package descriptions so expectations remain honest. A peer review lets classmates stress-test your offer language for loopholes before it reaches a payer.

Milestone 4

Pricing & Proposals with AI

Skilled practitioners often undercharge because they cannot separate tool usage from judgment, strategy, and accountability — the elements clients pay premium rates for. Milestone 4 covers proposal structures that describe deliverables, revision boundaries, and AI involvement without inviting scope creep. You practise package pricing, add-on framing, and difficult conversations when prospects expect human-only labour at automation prices. Figures are discussed as structures, not promises; no income projections are made.

Milestone 5

Side-Income & Career Upside Skills

Not every participant pursues full-time independence immediately. This milestone explores supplementary earning channels, internal promotion narratives, and portfolio positioning for hybrid roles. You map time budgets, identify low-risk pilot engagements, and draft outreach messages that sound professional rather than desperate. Career upside modules address how to discuss AI fluency during performance reviews without implying you will replace colleagues. Expect practical planning, not motivational speeches.

Pathway Capstone

Income Skills Portfolio

The final milestone is a guided capstone where you produce a portfolio-ready case study drawn from your professional context or a provided simulation. You document the brief, workflow decisions, quality gates passed, stakeholder communication samples, and lessons extracted. Peers and facilitators evaluate the artifact against a rubric covering clarity, professionalism, and reproducibility. Graduates leave with tangible proof suitable for proposals or internal advancement conversations. Completion demonstrates structured execution — not guaranteed employment or revenue.
