These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to https://aiincomepathway.life/ (the "Website") and the general framework for participating in milestone programmes, mentoring, workshops, and corporate pathway training offered by AI Income Pathway Pte. Ltd. ("AI Income Pathway", "we", "us", or "our"), UEN 202903514R. By using the Website or enrolling in our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or enrol.

1. About us

2. Website use

You may browse the Website for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You must not:

• Use the Website in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights;
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems, other user accounts, or connected networks;
• Introduce malware, automated scraping at scale, or denial-of-service traffic;
• Reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written consent, except for brief quotation with attribution;
• Misrepresent affiliation with AI Income Pathway or impersonate our staff.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Website for maintenance, security, or policy enforcement without prior notice where immediate action is required.

3. Educational nature of services

Our milestone programmes, mentoring sessions, workshops, and corporate pathway training provide education in AI tool workflows, checkpoint quality, client communication, waypoint pricing structures, and capstone pathway documentation. We are not a licensed financial advisory firm, wellness coaching practice, therapy provider, or employment agency.

We do not guarantee income, profit, revenue, job placement, client leads, or any specific commercial outcome. Training examples discuss commercial structures in an educational context only. You remain solely responsible for decisions you make in your business, employment, or client relationships after training.

Nothing on the Website or in classroom materials constitutes financial, legal, tax, medical, or wellness advice. Consult appropriately licensed professionals for personalised guidance in those domains.

4. Enrolment and fees

Enrolment in milestone programmes is confirmed only when we accept your registration and any stated payment conditions are met. Fees, schedules, and milestone entry criteria are communicated in enrolment correspondence or statements of work for corporate clients. Published Website content is indicative and may change; binding terms appear in your enrolment confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are quoted in Singapore dollars and exclude third-party costs such as AI tool subscriptions, travel, or venue charges outside our Our Tampines Hub classroom. Refund and cancellation rules are specified at enrolment. If no separate cancellation policy is provided, the following applies: cancellations more than fourteen days before the milestone start date receive a full fee credit toward a future cohort; cancellations within fourteen days may forfeit the fee except where we can fill the seat or applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Participant conduct

Participants must behave professionally toward facilitators, staff, Hub neighbours, and fellow learners. Disruptive conduct, harassment, unauthorised recording that captures other participants without consent, or display of unlawful material may result in removal without refund.

You are responsible for securing permission before using client-confidential materials in classroom exercises. Do not submit sensitive personal data belonging to third parties unless you have lawful authority. Follow facilitator instructions regarding screen sharing and checkpoint submissions.

Our Tampines Hub is a shared civic facility. Comply with Hub house rules, fire safety directions, and facilitator guidance on room use and equipment.

6. Intellectual property

Website content, milestone curricula, checkpoint templates, rubrics, and facilitator materials are owned by AI Income Pathway or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own learning and internal business application, unless a corporate agreement specifies broader or narrower terms.

You retain ownership of deliverables you create during training. By submitting capstone blueprints or exercises for review, you grant us a limited licence to reproduce and comment on those materials for facilitation purposes. We will not publish your client-confidential work externally without your consent.

7. Third-party tools and links

Training may reference or require use of third-party AI platforms and software. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for availability, pricing changes, output quality, or data handling by third-party providers. Your use of such tools is at your own risk and expense.

The Website may contain links to external sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Privacy and cookies

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Cookie practices are described in our Cookie Policy. By using the Website and submitting forms with PDPA consent, you acknowledge those policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Website and training materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-assisted outputs discussed in training may contain errors; checkpoint review teaches verification habits but does not eliminate risk in live client work.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, AI Income Pathway and its directors, employees, and facilitators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Website or participation in training, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees you paid us for the specific milestone or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Income Pathway from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, unlawful use of client materials in exercises, or violation of third-party rights in connection with your participation.

12. Corporate engagements

Corporate pathway training may be subject to a separate statement of work or master services agreement. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the separate agreement prevails for the corporate engagement. These Terms continue to apply to Website use by corporate participants.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless we agree in writing to alternative dispute resolution.

14. Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on the Website with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated where practicable.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, government orders, utility failures, or disruption at Our Tampines Hub. Where a milestone session cannot proceed as scheduled, we will offer rescheduling, transfer to a future cohort, or refund in accordance with Section 5.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any signed enrolment or corporate agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Income Pathway regarding Website use and standard milestone services, superseding prior oral or written understandings on those subjects.
